👤 2. Who are the guests staying in my property?

Our guests are primarily traveling professionals, such as:

  • Medical workers on assignment

  • Corporate executives

  • University faculty

  • Families receiving medical treatment nearby

Each guest is screened, ID-verified, and vetted before they can book. We do not allow parties, unverified guests, or last-minute walk-ins.

We install noise monitoring devices (like NoiseAware or Minut) that track decibel levels — but not conversations. If noise exceeds acceptable levels, we’re alerted immediately and can take swift action. We also:

  • Enforce strict quiet hours

  • Install exterior-only security cameras

  • Use smart locks with custom access codes for each guest

💥 4. What if something gets damaged?

Damage is extremely rare, but when it happens, we handle it immediately — not you.

We:

  • Collect a security deposit or damage waiver

  • Are covered by Airbnb/VRBO’s Host Guarantee

  • Fix or replace items as part of our ongoing maintenance

  • Keep your home guest-ready at all times

We only operate in areas where short-term rentals are legally allowed. Before launching in a new location, we:

You’re never exposed to legal risk — we make sure everything is above board.

We do. Our team arranges professional hotel-style cleaning after every guest. We also handle:

  • Routine inspections

  • Minor repairs (leaky faucets, loose doorknobs, etc.)

  • Coordination with licensed professionals for larger repairs

You don’t have to lift a finger.

💸 7. When and how do I get paid?

You receive guaranteed rent on the 1st of every month, every month — regardless of how many bookings we have. No delays, no excuses.

🛏️ 8. How much wear and tear will my property have?

Surprisingly little. Most guests stay only 3–4 nights, and:

  • There’s no daily cooking or full-time pet use

  • Guests don’t move furniture or "settle in"

  • We clean and inspect constantly

Your property is often cleaner and better maintained than it would be with a long-term tenant.
